The New Direction Package: Two to Four Weeks of intensive, daily interactions, workouts, counseling, and consierge service that will fully address your fitness, self-care, diet, and other life contexts.
Advanced Fitness Package: Six weeks, meeting twice weekly to help you reach a fitness goal or address pain, stiffness or other malady. Includes diet and self-care consultations.
Each client get herown treatment plan built from a number of building blocks. Based on your current condition, level of commitment, and goals Cher Haviland will create a path for you to your next level of fitness.
Yoga is an important part of any fitness routine. It’s a brilliant method for improving all aspects of fitness…strength, heart health, flexibility and fluidity. I am certified through a method of yoga that stresses that everybody can do yoga… it is only a matter of modifications and safety.
Healthy, strong, muscles are a key part of fitness. This is the one area of wellness that has been tested over and over…. Strength training prevents injuries, speeds up your metabolism and makes everyday life tasks easier. There are studies that show you can build muscle mass in your nineties, (although I don’t recommend waiting until then.) The method I teach is very efficient and safe. In the training routine there are options to workout with weights once or twice a week for 20-30 minutes. It is very doable and even fun.
